Telstra Digital Business® is available in many areas of Australia but, to double check, click here and enter the phone number and address of your business site.

Step 2: Choose your Plan 

Step 3: Speak to a Key Communications Telstra Specialist 

Email your details to speak to a sales consultant on either sales@keycomm.com.au or click here.

The following items may be required if you are to place your order with the Telstra Business Consultant. We recommend you have these items handy before you commence:

  • Business ABN.

  • Telstra account number.

  • Account number of each mobile service being ported from another carrier.

  • Domain Authorisation Code (provided by former domain host). This is required to transfer the Domain name to Telstra (applicable only to customers with an existing Domain name with another host).

  • Username of TBB/Bigpond service (if TBB/BigPond service currently held).

  • Names of Staff who will be provided with Digital Business packages.

  • Existing service numbers eg. Fax, extensions and eftpos numbers (both Telstra and other carriers).
